Payment Terms

Butler Ag Equipment and North Central Rental & Leasing, LLC hereby provide notice of a change in the terms of the Credit Application previously executed by yourself or your company that will occur beginning on November 14, 2016 (the “Effective Date”).  On the Effective Date, Butler Ag Equipment and North Central Rental & Leasing, LLC will begin utilizing the following Payment Terms.

Open Accounts

  • Parts, Service, and Rental accounts Net 30
  • Machine sales Net 10
  • Installment Contracts and Leases as per contract

Payment via credit card

  • Allowed only at the time of purchase and only for Parts, Service, & Rentals
  • Credit card payment will not be accepted for machine sales, including attachments; contracts; and leases.

COD Accounts

  • Payment due at the time of purchase
  • Statements will be generated at each month end

If you find these changes unacceptable, you have the right to cancel the Credit Application (although you will remain liable for prior charges incurred). However, if you continue to charge parts and services, rentals and other sales after the Effective Date, you will be considered to have accepted these changes to the Credit Application.
